Today, Nouneh Sarkissian gave the kids a feast of fairy tales. Together with her granddaughter Savannah, she presented the book authored by them and called “The Adventures of the Blue Hippopotamus and Pink Mouse.”
First, Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian presented the history behind the book and urged the parents to engage in creative activities together with their kids. ‘It’s been three years we fantasise stories with Savanna. It had started as a pastime, then became a serious project. Savanna was able to see how books are created. It would be nice if parents, grandmas and grandpas encourage their children and grandchildren to create,’ the spouse of the President said. She added that the illustrations of the book were made by Savannah.
At the event, Mrs. Sarkissian and her granddaughter Savannah read excerpts from their new book and then presented books to the little guests.
