As a speaker, Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian, participated in the 6th ‘South America-Africa-Middle East-Asia Women Summit’ women’s summit in Dubai, which took place in the United Arab Emirates on November 22-23.
The South America-Africa-Middle East-Asia Women Summit (SAMEAWS) is aimed at bringing together the most influential and prominent women as well as key stakeholders from the South America-Africa, Middle East and Asia regions, under one roof, to discuss the need to recognize and seize the untapped and profitable opportunities that women’s economic and political engagements represent.
In her speech, Mrs. Sarkissian specifically referred to the economic activity of women in Armenia, their participation in management processes, as well as increasing their role in the political field, and the works carried out in the field of legal regulation of the fight against violence against women.
At the summit, Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian was awarded the World Inspirational Leadership Award.
