The wife of the President of Armenia Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian was present at the festive event dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Khnko Aper National Children’s Library.
Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian made welcoming remarks in which she spoke in particular about the past of the Library and its role.
‘This Library holds a special place in my heart. When I was a kid, on my way back from school, I used to visit this Library, chat with kind and caring employees, and go through the books. Later, the Khnko Aper Library reappeared in my life when I was invited here to read my fairytales,’ Nouneh Sarkissian said.
